Annabelle Beach Resort

The layout of the Anabelle Beach Resort it's really special, a lot of palm trees, beautiful scenery!

Our stay at Annabelle Beach resort we booked while in crete and this saved our holiday as our original hotel was very poor. Annabelle beach resort turned out to have a great location and good value for money, onsite facilities, friendly and helpful staff, good room sizes we stayed in a bungalow room. Good food variety, great service from all the restaurant staff, pool bar and snack bar/cafe., beach accessed from the hotel grounds (shingle beach but very clean)

Staff was tremendous, always smiling and offering help. The food was surprisingly tasty and it was well-organized. The food variety was very good and there was always fresh food. The rooms were very clean and kept clean throughout our visit.

It situated right on the beach. 2 big swimming pools, 2 for babies. It has a beautiful garden with lots of palm trees and many kind of flowers, bushes. Great animation team. Lots of activities during the day and the evening. The sea is rocky, swimming shoes needed. Great variety of foods in the main reastaurant and the tavern next to the big swimming pool. At arrival a plate of fruits, a bottle of wine and water provided by the hotel. Every day one bottle of water in the room provided by the hotel. Safe box on the is free of charge.

Arrived on 21st Aug late afternoon. Check.in was quick and easy and we were taken to our room. We had a family room for me, my husband and 2 sons aged 24 and 16. They had their own room within the room. Room was spacious alot cloth storage space for 4 was tight. There were 2 pools, one at the top near reception which was quiter and had a swim up bar. The other pool next to the beach was where all the activities happened. The Entertainments team were brilliant. Activities all day from yoga to water polo and shows at night. Great personalities, had us laughing day and night and made our holiday. The food selection was great. We had breakfast and dinner in the main restaurant. Had to sanitize and wear masks and gloves when going to the buffet. Great choice of food & drinks and lovely staff particularly at breakfast. There is an outdoor area with stunning views. At lunchtime we went to the taverna by the pool. Great choice of salad, pasta & sauces, burgers, chips, pizza and amazing ice cream all served by Kostas who always had our drinks ready for us. The all inclusive drinks were okay but served in tiny plastic cups. The lobby bar had the most amazing views and the lady behind the bar was lovely. The sea was a bit rough at times and rocky getting in there but we soon worked out the way in avoiding the rocks. The hotel has 4 bars within walking distance although a bit hilly getting there. There are alot of steps in the hotel so wasn't good for those with mobility problems. For us the steps were good for burning off the ice cream. We were wary of going abroad but I can honestly say we had the best 2 weeks, we felt safe all the time and came home completely relaxed. We were very sad to leave. Thank you to all the staff for their hard work and friendliness, we miss you and will definitely be back 💙🇬🇷
